This website collects information that you choose to provide through the contact form, such as your name, work email, organisation and enquiry details. Newgate uses that information to respond to your enquiry and manage the resulting business relationship.

Website hosting and forms

The site is designed for static hosting on Netlify. When Netlify Forms is enabled, form submissions are processed by Netlify and made available to the site owner. Before launch, Newgate should review the final hosting configuration and update this notice with the appropriate controller contact details, retention period and any required processor information.

Your rights

Depending on applicable data-protection law, you may have rights over personal information held about you, including access, correction and deletion. Contact Newgate to make a privacy request.

Cookies and analytics

The Stage 4 build does not add advertising or analytics cookies. If analytics, embedded media or other tracking technologies are added later, the cookie/privacy treatment should be updated before those services go live.
